Second-year marketing major at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, Dontrel Mitchell (pictured here), is also a photographer and the founder of Retrospection Media. His campus-based business produces headshots, videos and other graphics to capture cherished memories and special events.

He’s also a member of CWRU’s Minority Business Alliance and Black Student Union, both of which have helped him launch and build his business.
