Jacquelyn Renee Adams (CWR '02) is a computer engineer at Steris Corp and founder of the nonprofit Tareto Maa, which runs a girls’ refuge. The refuge provides food, shelter and education for adolescent girls who have run away from home to escape female genital mutilation and forced child marriage. She is also a former Peace Corps member.
