Amber (Ashley) Abbott is a first-year undergraduate and is planning to obtain a B.S. degree in Chemistry. Her hometown is in Gables, Michigan. Her previous research experience in high school was with the late Dr. Marc Perkovic and Dr. James J. Kiddle at Western Michigan University. This work focused on synthetic organic chemistry, and she gave presentations at the ACS Great lakes Conference on June 2, 2006.
