That is especially true during the first week of classes for students with disabilities who are registered with the Coordinator of Disability Services (368-5230) and who may need individual arrangements. Objectives: This seminar introduces students to the recent major green transformation in China and elsewhere in the world, focusing on the way the green economic changes took place in response to financial crisis, climate change, energy insecurity, and international competition. The seminar will also assess the impacts of various aspects of green transformation on today’s and future world. This course is taught in Chinese. It is designed to allow those students who have progressed beyond 301 and want to continue the study of Chinese language, Chinese culture, Chinese literature to 1. Enhance their language reading, writing, and research skills and to build up their Chinese vocabulary beyond the level of CHIN 302; 2. Explore China- or Chinese Studies-related topics of the student’s interest in Chinese. This course allows students to meet their academic goals and enhance their global and cultural diversity awareness and literacy through a variety of reading and writing activities.
