[Scene 8] Hwang Ti enters. The masker Brutus talks vehemently against
tyranny. But l'Inconnue takes him away and tells him that no one
hears him because everything "happened in a completely differnt time."
Hwang Ti proclaims the absolute victory, the final Order, the building
of the Chinese Wall and his last triumph: the capture of the last adversary
in the empire, known as Min Ko.
