Research Information

Research Interests

My research is focused on developing machine learning and computational algorithms to study molecular mechanisms of cancers including Lung, Kidney, and Prostate using next-generation sequencing data, single cell sequencing, H&E image, PET/CT, MRI, EHR datasets.

I served as a co-director of Data Analysis Core for U of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Kidney Cancer SPORE, and led a team of bioinformatician for U of Texas Lung Cancer SPORE. I currently serve as a director of Bioinformatics Core for NASA Specialized Center of Research (NSCOR) grant. My group is actively looking for collaborations.
