Victor Bernardo (he/him) is a Victim Advocate with the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, who is partnering with the CWRU community to provide student-based advocacy as well as community support for students and survivors of sexual based violence. This includes working with the office of equity, and Title IX, as well as CWRU PD and other community resources to ensure that survivors feel supported, empowered, and informed about different resources and supports available to them.

Previously, Victor worked on the 988 lifeline where he provided trauma-informed care and crisis response, as well as working at the Hope and Healing Battered Women’s Shelter in Summit county providing crisis response and victim advocacy to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
