|Fee Payment Deadline||Friday, May 10||Be sure that all your financial obligations to the university, including outstanding tuition and any parking or library fines, are paid. Diplomas will be withheld until financial obligations are met.|

|9:30 a.m.||University Convocation||Veale Convocation Center||This is a ticketed event. Convocation is for all graduating students of Case Western Reserve University. Each student can receive a maximum of two guest tickets. Guests not seated by 9:15 a.m. will be asked to wait until after the procession clears the aisles.|

|4:30-6:00 p.m.||Dessert Reception||Peter B. Lewis Building||The Weatherhead School of Management will host a dessert reception for graduates, family and friends to celebrate the success and achievements of the newest alumni of the Weatherhead School of Management.|

Grad Images is the official photographer for the Weatherhead Diploma Ceremony on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Severance Hall. Each student receiving a diploma from the Dean will be photographed. Students will be able to purchase photos a few days after the event and will receive information to their CWRU emails. Family members and guests are encouraged to remain seated and enjoy the ceremony.
