As Director of Diversity & Strategic Initiatives with the OIDEO, Regina oversees major diversity strategic initiatives, develops strategies to raise private and institutional support for diversity programs, implements new avenues to gather and improve diversity performance metrics, and serves as a senior adviser to the Vice President for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equal Opportunity.

Prior to joining OIDEO, Regina spent several years in Washington, DC, first working for a non-profit that served underrepresented neighborhoods and communities. She subsequently joined a boutique law firm, where she practiced regulatory compliance, advising and counseling clients on a variety of complex and sophisticated legal issues. Regina returned to Cleveland and joined an executive attorney search firm in 2014, where she partnered with corporations and law firms on high-level attorney search, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

Regina earned her BA in History from the University of Cincinnati in 2006. Passionate about law and justice from an early age, she spent a term interning with the DC Office of the Attorney General in Washington, DC as well as a research term with the Underground Railroad Freedom Center in Cincinnati. After graduating with her BA, Regina attended Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, earning her JD in 2009. During law school, Regina studied abroad in the Mediterranean, focusing her studies on international law.

Throughout her professional career, Regina has been committed to community engagement - volunteering for the USO and HandsOn Greater DC Cares, establishing a partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and serving as an ACT tutor for local Cleveland youth through Minds Matter of Cleveland. Regina is an avid supporter of Cleveland Legal Aid, Lambda Legal, and the Human Rights Campaign. She is an active member of St. Noel Parish in Willoughby Hills and her favorite activities include reading, running, gardening, and traveling with her daughter, Molly, and husband, Michael.
