The Office for Faculty Diversity provides support to faculty, departments and schools, around issues of faculty recruitment, retention and diversity and inclusion training.
The Faculty Diversity and Development and Faculty Diversity Officer provide customized resources and information to search committees, department chairs and deans to increase the diversity of the faculty candidate pools and eliminate bias from evaluation procedures.
