Biography

Arjun Krishnan

Krishnan is a seasoned healthcare executive with an operating, commercial and business development background. Krishnan currently consults with a range of growth equity and venture backed businesses in various segments of healthcare, including biotech, med-tech and health-tech. Previously, he was at BTG plc (acquired by Boston Scientific for $4.2 billion) where he ran business development for their interventional medicine franchise. He completed multiple acquisitions in oncology, vascular disease and pulmonology whilst also integrating several of the businesses. Krishnan subsequently took on operating leadership roles within BTG’s global pulmonology business unit, which developed and commercialized therapies for the treatment of COPD. He has also spent time with earlier stage businesses having worked with a healthcare services start-up focused on the treatment of obesity, where he built the business plan and raised a Series A round of financing. Krishnan started his career on Wall Street with the equities group at JPMorgan, covering the diversified pharmaceuticals, medical devices and suppliers sectors following which he was an investor in public and private companies in the healthcare space.
