LeBlanc is a principled, strategic, finance executive with a 30-year track record of leading organizations to growth and profitability. Prior to her current roles in the start-up ecosystem, she held finance leadership roles over 13 years at Disney in the consumer products and digital interactive entertainment divisions. Her most recent corporate role was as CFO at the AFM & SAG-AFTRA Fund, which collects and distributes performer royalties. She was responsible for investing a $200+ million portfolio in assets through equities, bonds, mutual funds, ETF’s and real estate. LeBlanc worked closely with the board to establish transparency of the fund’s operations, brought best practices to the finance and accounting functions and led the RFP process to engage a new external auditor.

LeBlanc is currently a managing director at Golden Seeds, a national angel investment organization that focuses on women-led businesses. Golden Seeds currently has about 300 investors and has invested more than $140MM in 200 companies, primarily B2B technology, healthcare and B2C, which have gone on to raise over $1.2B of additional capital. At Golden Seeds, LeBlanc is focusing on an initiative to support Golden Seeds portfolio companies advance, grow and successfully exit.

LeBlanc is a lead mentor for the Comcast NBC Universal LIFT Labs Accelerator, a TechStars program, which specializes in connecting corporations with promising start-ups. Additionally, she is an innovation advisor for UC Irvine Beal Applied Innovation, an advisor for the Harvard Business School Startup Partners Program and a member of the HBS Southern California Angels.

As audit committee chair for the YMCA of the Foothills, LeBlanc stabilized processes that had been disrupted due to the resignation of a long-term CEO, lack of continuity on the board and the business impact of COVID-19. She has held the roles of treasurer, finance committee chair and governance committee chair for a number of other non-profit organizations in the Los Angeles area.

LeBlanc holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with high honors from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

LeBlanc lives in La Cañada Flintridge, Calif. with her husband and their two sons, who are attending their respective colleges remotely – University of Southern California, School of Cinematic Arts and Art Center College of Design.
