Julie Lehman

As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at the Case Western Reserve University, Lehman brings a deep experience in consumer product management, marketing, retail and innovation. Lehman was most recently the marketing director of the Stouffer’s brand where she was responsible for managing all aspects of the $1.4B business that had significant retail presence in the largest retailers across the U.S. Throughout her career at Nestle, Lehman has been responsible for launching over $100MM in new products and creating both long term technical and consumer pipelines to drive growth. Lehman’s innovation work has been recognized with a Nielsen Pacesetter Award and a New Product of the Year Award and her creative work has been shortlisted at Cannes.  

Lehman received her MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. After Cornell, Lehman started her marketing career with the Gillette Company in Boston. Lehman has worked across many industries including footwear, flooring, pet care and food and beverage. Lehman started her career in the executive training program at Bloomingdale’s in New York City after graduating from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. 

Lehman is active in several local organizations including serving as a board member of BigHearted Blooms. BigHearted Blooms was founded in 2016 and delivers joy through recycled flowers to lift the spirits and boost the emotional health of individuals in care facilities. Lehman is also active on the development committee of JCB Bellefaire.   

Lehman lives in Shaker Heights, OH and with her husband Matt, their two children Sam and Carly and golden retriever Oshie.
