Engagement Opportunities
Your relationship with the Veale Institute doesn’t end after graduation. You can get involved in our Wisr network, participate or attend a Speaker Series discussion, contribute to our monthly newsletter, or apply for our alumni venture fund.
How can alumni get involved?
Mentor (Wisr)
Wisr is a network with discussion boards that allow CWRU students, alumni, faculty, and staff to connect. By participating in our Entrepreneurship at CWRU community, you can be a resource to students who are interested in your industry, specialty or career path. Members can pose a question, share advice or entrepreneurial news, advertise upcoming events, post opportunities, or network.
Educational Series
The Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship’s Educational Series includes speaker, skills lab and seminar series events throughout the academic year. CWRU students, alumni, faculty, staff and affiliates are encouraged to engage in a meaningful discussion with entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, learn a new skill or deep dive into a complex topic. See our full schedule of upcoming events.
Host an REP student
Considering hosting a student as an intern for your business through the Remote Entrepreneurship Project (REP) Program, a program created in response to COVID-19 that allows students to get real world experience working from home. Learn more about the program and how to get involved.
