Submit important information for Discover Week

Sparty at the Homecoming Parade

Discover Week is a week-long, mandatory program for new first-year and transfer students. Discover Week takes place the week before the fall semester and is designed to help you get acclimated to campus. There will be a schedule of programs and chances to learn more about CWRU life prior to your arrival on campus. Once you are here, there will be additional programming during Discover Week from Aug. 20 to 27.

Discover Week programming is required for all new incoming students.

On your Roadmap this week, we ask that you please submit information for Discover Week by July 7.

During Discover Week, you will meet new friends and get to know current students serving as orientation leaders. Programs will be a mix of experiences with your Discover Week small group as well as larger events throughout the week. Orientation leaders will be able to answer your questions, share CWRU community resources, and introduce you to the people and tools you’ll want to know during your time at CWRU. You’ll participate in our information fair and engage in activities based on your interests and hobbies. We also have opportunities to engage in the communities surrounding CWRU through our CWRU in CLE: Service and Explore experience.

A detailed schedule of Discover Week events will be provided in the upcoming weeks as we finalize our programming details.

If your parents and families are joining you, an overview of their schedule is available on our website
