Use MyHealthConnect to schedule appointments for health service needs, send secure messages to health service or counseling service staff, manage your immunizations and more.
As long as you have a CWRU network ID and passphrase, you can access it at any time.
- Go to the MyHealthConnect.case.edu website.
- Enter your CWRU network ID and passphrase.
- Enter your birthdate and click on the Proceed button.
