Degrees will be awarded on January 15, 2021. There is no diploma ceremony in January but if you plan to attend the 2021 Commencement in May, you will also need to register for the ceremony in the spring semester. Be on the look out for details after the New Year.

The application deadline is Friday, September 25 but the program runs every semester so if you're busy this fall you can apply in the future.

Verify Your Final Exams

The last few weeks of the semester will be taken remotely. Take a moment now to verify your final exam dates and times with your syllabi and your professors. Make sure any travel plans in December do not interfere with the exam schedule. Exams will not be rescheduled due to time conflicts.

Holidays, Parental Leave, Sick Leave & Vacation Policies

Need to take some time off? Graduate students receiving a stipend should be aware of our policy on graduate student holidays, vacation, parental leave, and sick leave. Note that this policy applies during the period of support and represents the minimum to which graduate students are entitled.

Campus Goes Remote During Debates

In order to reduce operations before and during the Presidential Debate at the Health Education Campus, the entire campus will go remote as of 3:00pm on Monday, September 28 and continue all day on Tuesday, September 29. During this time classes will be remote (including those normally scheduled for in-person sessions) and most staff (including our office) will be working from off campus. Normal operations return on Wednesday, September 30.

See also a list of road closures around the Health Education Campus until after the debate.
