Applying for Fall Graduation

If your student has completed or will complete all graduation requirements this semester they will need to apply in SIS for January graduation by Friday, October 7. If they applied to graduate in spring or summer 2022 but did not complete all requirements they must apply again this semester. All graduation materials must be submitted to gradstudies@case.edu by December 9.

Fall Break

Effective this semester, students in the School of Graduate Studies will receive a two-day break from classes and class activities in the fall; this break will correspond to the undergraduate calendar: Monday, October 24 and Tuesday, October 25. Please note that this exemption applies only to classes and class activities; faculty may still require graduate students to perform research activities during fall break.

New Course Action Form

The former SIS Online Course Action Form has now been replaced with an electronic process using a new Course Action Form. Contact courses@case.edu if you still need access to the new system or have any questions. You can also request training for your department.
