Kaitlyn Lionti is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to promote the internationalization of Case Western Reserve University. As part of this effort, she manages the Center for International Affairs' website, several of its newsletters and its social media presence. Kaitlyn is also involved in the Center's programming activities and organizes the annual International Achievement Luncheon.
Kaitlyn graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. While at Kent State, she studied abroad on a faculty-led program to London and Paris to learn about media operations outside the United States.
After graduation, Kaitlyn spent nearly nine years working as a television news reporter in Upstate New York, where she developed an interest in higher education and its impact.
Kaitlyn is currently enrolled in the part-time MBA program at the Weatherhead School of Management.
