Simmi has successfully completed multiple CEO succession and Board assignments – helping to transform the competitive and market position of her clients. Most recently, she played a transformative role in successfully designing and scaling Snapchat’s business organization as Chief Talent Officer.
On the public policy front, in 2012, she served as Senior Advisor on Health Innovation to the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Simmi previously served as a Director, Vice-Chair and Chair of the former Center for Health Information Management (CHIM) Board and as a Director on the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society Board. She has been privileged to serve as guest lecturer at the Yale School of Management Executive MBA Program and has worked for many years to support the work of the President’s Circle of the National Academies. She is the recipient of industry awards including the HIMSS Annual Leadership Award for outstanding contributions to the health sector.
