The Classroom, The Boardroom, Every Room: Asian & AAPI Experiences at CWRU & Beyond
As part of Case Western Reserve University's celebration of Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi & Asian American Heritage Month in May 2021, the Center for International Affairs partnered with the Office for Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity and Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence to host a panel featuring Case Western Reserve Asian and AAPI community members to learn more about their experiences.
The panel included:

- Dr. Hiroyuki Fujita - an alumnus and founder and CEO of Quality Electrodynamics
- Ashley Lu - a staff member, alumna and Master of Accountancy program manager in the Weatherhead School of Management
A Joint Statement of Support for the APIDAA Community
In March 2021, following increased incidents of violence, the Center for International Affairs joined offices and schools across campus in creating a Joint Statement of Support for the Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi & Asian American community to let our Asian students, faculty, staff and alumni know they are integral, valued members of the Case Western Reserve University family.
