Connections

Image of people bubbles connect by lines like a network

In the spring of 2024, our office launches a Connections initiative with the goal of providing opportunities for students, faculty and staff to build community within and beyond the Health Education Campus.  We are providing many ways for individuals to build familiarity, interpersonal relationships and community across schools, professions, programs and roles.  See information below for current opportunities.

As we continue to plan the 2024 events and activities, we would love to hear from you!  What would you enjoy doing to build community with other staff, students and faculty?  Please send your thoughts, suggestions and ideas to cwruteamimpact@case.edu.

Collaborative Practice Journal Club

Beginning in February 2024, on the first Tuesday of the month, we will host a journal club with facilitated discussion about a journal article (a hybrid format that offers both in-person and remote attendance). Click here for more information.

Connect Through Play

Starting in January 2024, on the second Tuesday of the month, we will host a variety of fun activities in the Courtyard of Samson Pavilion. Click here for more information.

Themed Conversations

Like the salons of old Paris, on the third Tuesday of the month, we will host facilitated discussions on different themes in the Courtyard of Samson Pavilion. Click here for more information.

Connecting Book Club

On the fourth Tuesday of the month, we will dive into a lively conversation!  We will discuss one book for two months (a hybrid format that offers both in-person and remote attendance). Click here for more information.

Teamwork Workshops

Monthly teamwork workshops aimed at unlocking your team's potential for high-impact work, cultivating excellent communication and interpersonal relationships, and fostering personal growth.  The workshops will be offered on the third Wednesday of the month, alternating between CWRU's main campus and the Health Education Campus.  All faculty and staff are welcome to participate.  Click here for more information.
