CWRU LLM students looking to transfer to CWRU's JD program should complete the online JD application through LSAC for admission by April 1.
LSAC requires that original transcripts be mailed directly from the university you attended in your home country. Please arrange to have your undergraduate transcript mailed to LSAC as soon as possible, so it arrives by the April 1 deadline.
We strongly suggest that you get the two required letters of recommendation from your CWRU law professors.
Note, many CWRU LLM students opt to take the LSAT a few times. The latest date that CWRU LLMs can take the LSAT is in June, before fall semester JD enrollment.
The JD admission decision is based on your grades as a CWRU LLM student, and your LSAT score. LLMs who receive Honor (H) grades in LLM upper-level classes taken with JD students can transfer those credits to their JD degree.
