Jennifer Cupar is a Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She focuses in the areas of litigation and legal writing. She supervises the law school’s federal judicial externship program, serves on various committees, has coached moot court teams, and overseen the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Summer Legal Academy. Prof. Cupar has served as the Assistant Director of the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic, a law clinic that operates out of the law school, and the Assistant Director of the Northeast Ohio Human Trafficking Law Clinic. Prior to joining the faculty at CWRU, Prof. Cupar was a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Patricia A. Gaughan, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and The Honorable Solomon Oliver, Jr., former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Prof. Cupar is an active member of the Women’s Fund of the Lorain County Community Foundation and enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools and with the Greater Cleveland Corps of Teach for America.
