Professor Juliet P. Kostritsky named Director of the Center for Business Law

Professor Juliet P. Kostritsky

The Center for Business Law at Case Western Reserve has appointed a new director, award-winning scholar Juliet P. Kostritsky. Professor Kostritsky has a business background having practiced in the corporate/banking department at Milbank, Tweed Hadley & McCloy in New York. Her innovative, interdisciplinary Business Law Colloquium brings in business leaders, lawyers, corporate general counsels and business school professors to co-teach class sessions on practical topics such as reading a balance sheet and income statement, corporate ethics, public offerings, valuation and corporate governance.  Other notable Business Law scholars on our Faculty include Professors Charles Korsmo, Robert Rapp and Anat Alon-Beck. Last fall’s issue of PreLaw Magazine, a National Jurist publication, has ranked Case Western Reserve as one of the top law schools in the nation for Business and Corporate Law, with an “A” grade for the second consecutive year.
