Kelvin Smith Library is offering a temporary lobby pickup service for CWRU faculty, staff and students.
KSL items are available to request from the catalog. After items have been collected and processed, patrons will receive an email notifying them that items are ready to be scheduled for pickup from the link provided. Patrons will have 5 business days to schedule their pickup.
OhioLINK items may also be scheduled for pickup. Track your OhioLINK items from your online account, once received, please email smithcontact@case.edu and ask for the link to schedule your OhioLINK pickup. In the note field of the form, please state the OhioLINK items that are to be picked up. Patrons will have 10 business days to schedule their OhioLINK items for pickup.
Kelvin Smith Library reserves the right to limit the number of items requested per day for a requester.
Items that are not picked-up, cannot be held longer and will be checked-in and re-shelved.

How Do I Make a Request?
Requests for materials must be submitted directly from the library catalog.
Note that you may submit multiple requests at one time. To do this, use the 'Add to Bag' function within an individual item record. From the Saved Record List, you may then send all your requests at once.
