Every civilization deals with the health and welfare of the community.  Reproductive rights are just one part of that large issue. This course will look back at the history of reproductive rights in America by examining Supreme Court cases that have shaped that history, both before the landmark case of Roe v Wade in 1972, and since that decision.  Where were we now and where might we be going? Who are the decision-makers, who will have to live with those decisions?
