We will explore their basic biographies as well as the lasting impact their legacies had on both Jewish and American history. This course will examine the lives of Louis Brandeis (Zionist activist, Supreme Court justice); Henrietta Szold (Founder of Hadassah); A.J. Heschel - (Philosopher, Civil Rights leader); M. M. Schneerson (Lubavitcher Rebbe)
