Since 1995, Pixar has created some of the most beloved and innovated animated movies for children, including the Toy Story series, Cars, The Incredibles, Ratatouille, and Coco. In this presentation, Dr. Goldmark will look at some trends in scoring and sound design to show how the melodies of child-hood—and adulthood—are being used to drive the stories of recent animated features from Pixar Studios.
