Did you know that the first week of March is National Consumer Protection Week? The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) protects consumers by preventing deceptive and unfair business practices through law enforcement, advocacy, and education without unduly burdening legitimate business activity. In this talk, a lawyer from the East Central Region of the Federal Trade Commission, based in Cleveland, Ohio, will discuss the latest attacks by scammers and false advertisers and how best to protect yourself and your family.
