This online panel discussion is a follow up to the online performance of The Scribe

Who wrote the Bible? The Scribe says he did. Historians, archaeologists and theologians all have different perspectives. Join us to learn from a panel of biblical scholars, who will discuss the intellectual and theological debates on biblical authorship, the evidence in support of these different interpretations and their own responses to the claims made by “the Scribe.”

Panelists include:
Shawna Dolansky, PhD, Carleton University
Alison Joseph, PhD, Posen Library of Jewish Civilization and Culture
Sarah Shechtman, PhD, Academic Editor

This online panel discussion is included in the registration for The Scribe. You may also register for the panel separately, if you are not attending The Scribe.

This program is offered in partnership with Interplay Jewish Theatre (Cleveland) and Theatre Ariel (Philadelphia) and also in partnership with the Cleveland Israel Arts Connection of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland.
