Internal Carotid Artery Occlusion - Case 1

A 60 year-old man presented with spells of left sided weakness, often provoked by standing up quickly. His neurological exam was completely normal.

On the left internal carotid artery injection, one can see that the right hemisphere is supplied by collateral flow from the left.
