Middle Cerebral Artery Giant Aneurysm. Intracranial MRA. Note that the right middle cerebral artery is distorted upwards by the mass which is faintly seen. ICA = internal carotid artery, MCA = middle cerebral artery, ACA = anterior cerebral artery.
