Homecoming Weekend: October 8-11, 2020

Thank you for your patience as the University has worked to plan a Reunion Weekend that will be both safe and enjoyable for all. We know that most of you were hoping to celebrate your reunion on campus with your classmates, however out of an abundance of caution, the University has decided to move forward with a virtual Reunion Weekend, October 8-10. We hope to have 2020 Reunion classes gather safely in Cleveland in 2021.

Friday, October 9 8:00 am and 10:00 am A Day in the Life of a Medical Student:
Observe (IQ) Team Case Based Learning, virtually connect with our current medical students for an inquiry based learning session. Space is limited. Maximum two people per student group. Registration is required.  Brief orientation will take place prior to the event – details to follow.
  7:30 pm Vision for the Future of CWRU School of Medicine: Join Interim Dean Stanton L. Gerson, MD, to hear exciting updates from the School of Medicine's research and education frontlines and to honor our prestigious 2020 School of Medicine Alumni Award Recipients. Hear from award recipients and celebrate their accomplishments with fellow alumni.
Saturday, October 10 10:00 am Successfully Aging: Join us for an engaging conversation on the topic of successfully aging hosted by your Health Sciences Alumni Board Presidents. Featured speakers will include Jonathan Haines, PhD for the School of Medicine, Suparna Mahalaha DDS, MPH [DEN ‘01] for the School of Dental Medicine, and Mary Dolansky, PhD, RN [GRS ‘01] for the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing.
  3:00 pm School of Medicine Alumni Board Meeting and Virtual Happy Hour: We invite School of Medicine Alumni Board members to gather for our annual meeting. Virtual happy hour to follow.
  6:00 pm Virtual Individual Class Parties: Join your classmates for a virtual gathering to reminisce on your medical school days, share highlights of your career since, and more!
