This year our interview process may differ from other programs you are applying to. It is important to us that medical students who enter our residency fit well into the environment, develop long-lasting career relationships with our faculty, and have a satisfying training experience that positions them to be successful in their career. To help ensure this experience, we have created a better selection process that emphasizes fit and fairness while giving applicants more insight into what it is like to train with us.
This improved process requires that you answer an online survey with dedicated questions as part of your application once your completed ERAS application has been received. We recommend all applicants make arrangements to complete the survey in one sitting, using a personal computer (versus mobile device or tablet), and in a quiet environment. The survey may take up to 30 minutes and must be completed by a specific date and time (to be provided) in order for your application to be considered.

- Dean’s letter and transcripts
- United States Medical Licensing Exam scores, passed on first attempt
Additional information for international graduates
- International Medical Graduates considered for the preliminary internship year only
- J-1 visa supported
- United States Medical Licensing Exam passed on first attempt
- Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates certification required by June 1st
- Current letters of reference from American physicians preferred
- Graduation from medical school within the past two years required
