Cleveland & Cuyahoga Health Data Matters

Health Data Matters is a novel interactive resource intended to raise awareness about health disparities and increase health equity for residents of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County. See dramatic variation by neighborhood in life expectancy, health behaviors, and neighborhood factors such as segregation and poverty. The project is organized and operated by the Urban Health Initiative and the Master of Public Health program at Case Western Reserve University, with the collaboration of many community partners.
