Digital Measures Login
The Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing is now using Digital Measures to capture Faculty Activity Information. It offers the capability of generating the Annual Activity Reports, Accreditation Reports as well as CVs, custom reports and data to generate web pages. Press the button below to Login. To login, please use your Case User Id and Password. Once you are logged in you will see a list of categories, click on the link to enter each category. For categories with single records, the screen will appear for data entry. For categories that allow for multiple records, any data already in the system will be listed with options to Edit, Copy or Delete. There will also be a button to Add A New Item. In many of the screens, there are drop-down list for selecting an item for a field. Please select the appropriate item from the list, if nothing applies, use the "Other" and enter an explanation for Other, in the field below.
Please note, as you are entering and editing data on each screen, you must click on the Save and Return button on the bottom of each screen in order for your data to be saved. If you do not click that button or you click the Return (Cancel) or the Return to Main Menu at the top of each screen, any newly entered/changed data will not be saved.
When entering dates in the system, on many screen you'll be asked for a start and end date. If the event/activity only lasts for one day, leave the start date blank and only specify the end data. If the event/activity was started but has not yet completed, specify the start date and leave the end date blank.
Once you are finished working with the system, you can logoff by clicking the Logoff button in the items list on the left-hand side of your screen. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone from IT will respond as soon as possible.
