Kirk joined the One to One Fitness team in May 2017. He served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Motor Transportation Operator and Mechanic. While in the Marines, Kirk earned his Black Belt in Mixed Martial arts, self-defense and armed one-on-one combat. Kirk graduated in 2017 from John Carroll University with his bachelors in Exercise Science and Entrepreneurship, and also has his certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from NSCA. Kirk is a competitive bodybuilder and prep coach, as well as a rugby player. When it comes to training, Kirk likes to use many different techniques and styles; all based upon what the client is looking for! During his free time, Kirk enjoys going to the gym, watching Cleveland sports, walking his dog through the Cleveland Metroparks, and spending time with his family. Kirk likes to remind everyone, “You determine the outcome, the harder you work, the faster the results!
