Savannah joined the One to One Fitness training staff in 2021. She has her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM CPT), and is currently earning her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of South Florida. Savannah's passion for fitness and coaching stem from her childhood as a competitive gymnast and runner. She utilizes a holistic health approach in her training programs, improving all aspects of your wellbeing. Savannah uses her experience with mindset training to improve the mental strength of her clients, and she creates evidence-based, progressive training programs that include a mixture of flexibility, balance, resistance, and cardio training to get her clients to their goals safely and effectively. She enjoys working with people of all ages and experience, and she loves getting to know her clients well so she can make the best program possible to fit their lifestyle. Outside of training, Savannah loves hiking, spending time with her loved ones, and reading.
