Allan is an Army veteran who joined the One to One Fitness team in 2022 as an ISSA certified personal trainer. Physical fitness has always played a big part in Allan's life, starting with football and wrestling as he was growing up. In the Army, Allan trained in mixed martial arts, powerlifting, and jump rope. Most recently, he's started training in Strongman. His personal fitness goals are to push himself to be as strong a his body will allow him to naturally be. Allan's clients can look forward to having a versatile and knowledgeable trainer who will hold them accountable. He will be your personal hype man! He loves to see people go after and crush their goals, especially when they didn't think they could. When not training, Allan enjoys watching movies, reading, playing video games, and spending time with his girlfriend and her dog.
