As Case Western Reserve searches for its next president, the university has released the position and candidate specification, which outlines the priorities of the leader, as well as the experience, leadership capabilities and other personal qualities desired.
The university's search committee, with guidance from the advisory committee and their multitude of meetings with stakeholders—including faculty, staff, students, alumni and trustees—helped shape the position and candidate specification.
Case Western Reserve University is being assisted in this recruitment by the international leadership advisory firm Spencer Stuart and welcomes nominations or expressions of interest.
