Master of Business Administration

About the Program

Gain the skills you need to make an impact in your field with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Case Western Reserve University. An MBA gets you ahead of the curve with practical knowledge you can implement across industries. And in our full-time program—ranked No. 52 in the U.S. by Forbes and one of Inc. magazine’s 15 Most Innovative MBAs—you can achieve it all within two years in an affordable, exciting and well-connected city.

What to Expect

In CWRU’s full-time MBA program, you’ll be part of a diverse cohort of students learning from some of the most prolific faculty mentors in the country, such as MBA Faculty Director Gregory Jonas. Beyond coursework, you can get involved with clubs ranging from the Graduate Business Student Association to Weatherhead Women in Business as well as local chapters of the National Black MBA Association and the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.

With small class sizes that promote comprehensive learning, our curriculum combines traditional coursework with experiences in the Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit, our in-house center in which we aim to create value for society and the environment as well as for companies’ customers and shareholders.

You can boost your professional agility with a specialization in the business area that interests you most:

  • Finance
  • STEM
  • Operations and Marketing
  • Organizational Leadership
  • Healthcare Management
  • Business Analytics and Design
  • Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Or, if you want to further develop your studies, you can pursue one of our dual-degree MBAs.

You’ll also be able to connect to the Weatherhead School of Management alumni network, consisting of over 20,000 people around the world. Dedicated program managers will help you make connections to find a job after you graduate—and they’ll do so efficiently. Over 75% of our graduates are employed within three months of graduation.

I looked for a program that was the most respected in the area, had the highest rankings and professors who were recognized for their work, and that’s what drew me to Weatherhead. One of the things that I learned at Weatherhead that I apply daily is the model of how to increase and drive innovation.
There were concepts that I learned at Weatherhead that will be pivotal for me for the rest of my life.
