Case Western Reserve University Division of Public Safety

This incident occurred off campus, but because of the proximity to the university, campus police would like the campus community to be aware.

Crime: Assault

Location of incident: E. 111th and Ashbury

Date of Incident: October 5, 2019

Time of Incident: 10:20 PM

Incident Description:  A student was assaulted at E. 111th and Ashbury by a group of juveniles for his cellphone. 

Suspect(s) Description: 5 juveniles

Initiated:  October 5, 2019

Information provided by:  CWRU PD

Additional Information:  CWRU PD was notified by CPD at 10:35 PM.
