Celebrating Constitution Day 2025

Today, September 17, marks the signing of the U.S. Constitution in 1787. It continues to shape daily life, from speech and privacy to voting and limits on power.

To celebrate Constitution Day, join the Center for Policy Studies student panel for its Annual Constitution Day Program, Executive Power: An Imperial Presidency?

Professors Avidan and Raymond Ku will lead a conversation about presidential power and the Constitution today from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the School of Law's Moot Courtroom (A59). View the event page on the Policy website: policy.case.edu.

Visit the Office of Research Technology Management's Constitution Day resources to learn about the history of the Constitution.
