The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) is sponsoring 10 two-day, application-focused training events that provide physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants with an in-depth look at the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Criteria. All participants receive a FREE copy of the ASAM Criteria and a training journal for skill application. Recommended for providers of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT), and other best practices disseminated by the Center for Evidence-Based Practices, a partnership between the Mandel School and Department of Psychiatry at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
