An engaging art show and discussion with featured artists Elmi Ventura Mata & Ana María Pizarro de Richter will entice the university community to explore immigration through their art and life experiences. Not to be missed!

Artists will discuss their work on September 15, 5pm.

Art will be displayed through October 15, 2016.

Ana María Pizarro de Richter is a Peruvian artist whose paintings explore the persistence and evolution of an-cient Andean culture in modern Peruvian society.

Elmi Ventura Mata, a recent graduate from CIA, depicts in his paintings his experiences from El Salvador as a child and immigration challenges as an adult.
