Social Work Licensing Exam Prep Course: Register by October 18

Each year, the Mandel School partners with Licensing Exam Preparation Services LLC (LEAP) to provide a comprehensive licensing exam preparation course for the National ASWB Master's-level social work licensing exam -- a benefit included in the MSSA student services package at no cost to the student.

This year, the Social Work Licensing Exam Preparation Course has two options for students to choose from, but they both require registration by Friday, October 18.

2 Day - Live Session

November 2-3, 2019

Pricing for both options

Students: No additional cost, but registration is still required
Alumni/Field Instructor: $200
Community: $250

Important Information

  • Both options include the LEAP Comprehensive Study Guide with Practice Questions. It includes a comprehensive review of practice, policy and theory, as well as pre- and post-tests to sharpen test-taking skills.
  • It is recommended that you take the Licensing Exam within six to eight weeks of participating in a preparation course. For exam dates in every state and other licensing details, please refer to the State Licensing section in student resources.
  • Participation is generally limited to MSSA students graduating in January or May 2020. Students who took either course in March 2019 are not eligible to repeat it. However, May and August 2019 grads who did NOT take this course in the spring are eligible to register for free.
  • Participants must register by Friday, October 18, 2019. There is no late registration.
