Xinyuan Cui (pronunciation: Shin-you-An Ts-way) joins the Community Innovation Network as a program coordinator. They work along with CIN's leadership to cultivate intentional and productive community engagement and coordinate the implementation of CIN's applied and research projects. They graduated with MSSA and MNO degrees from the Mandel School in 2019. Xinyuan was an outstanding field intern with CIN in 2018-19 and was awarded both the Sylvia & John Yankey Community Service Award and the Dean's Award for Outstanding Student Achievement. Recent projects include community network building in the Asia Town neighborhood, launching FCB program evaluation, developing network and asset mapping, assisting project management and logistics, and creating marketing and communication materials. Previously, Xinyuan received their BS in Finance, Economics, and Leadership Development from the State University of New York (Stony Brook) and has spent more than three years serving as a program coordinator in community organizing field in the US and China.
