Dr. Hutcherson’s expertise is in quantitative & qualitative research, human & social capital, criminal and social justice, racial disparities and related public policy. Much of his recent work has centered on the causes and consequences of mass incarceration & criminal justice reform. Dr. Hutcherson’s current projects include data management and assisting in research related to the CWRU Poverty Center’s Childhood Integrated Longitudinal Data (CHILD) system.
