Poster Printing

Mandel School is no longer able to print large-size posters in-house for faculty, staff, and students.  However, you can still submit your poster for an internal review (see below) and all MSASS faculty, staff, and students should continue to use the Mandel School Poster Template. Poster printing is available at the Freedman Center in the Kelvin Smith Library. Their information, services, and pricing can be found here: http://researchguides.case.edu/printing. They accept payment by CaseCash, cash, check or speedtype.

Poster Size and Format

The standard size poster is 56” X 42”.  The poster template below must be used.  This file is already sized correctly and contains the correct logo (and placement).  If you must adapt this due to other requirements, please incorporate the same logo and placement.  The PMS code for the blue lines and logo is: Red 10, Green 48, Blue 78.

Poster Submission Review

  1. Please email your ready-to-print poster to Sue Ambro at sue.ambro@case.edu or deliver on a flash drive to the Mandel Building, Suite 315.
  2. Your poster will be reviewed for clarity, layout, font consistency, grammar, and logo adherence (not content or statistics).  Sue Ambro will email any suggested changes or an updated poster to the author.
  3. Your poster will be returned by email. The author is responsible for printing at the Freedman Center (or any other location).

Tips

  1. Avoid large, solid blocks of dark colors.  These tend to print darker than on-screen and can smudge easily after printed.
